Our 18 Yard Roll-Off Dumpster is perfect for larger-scale projects, whether it's home renovations, construction, or extensive clean-outs. The rental includes drop-off, pick-up, and disposal of materials, with a substantial 6,000 lb weight limit. No overage fees will be charged as long as the weight stays within this limit.

Weight Overages:
If the weight exceeds the 6,000 lb limit, an additional charge of $85.00 per 100 lbs will apply.

Late Fees:
If the rental period exceeds the 3-day allotment, additional late fees will be charged. The first day of overage incurs a $25.00 late fee, and the second day incurs a $50.00 late fee.

Extended Rental Option:
To avoid further late fees, you can sign an additional contract on the 3rd day to extend your rental period and continue using the dumpster without additional charges.
